Rates

We offer four standard packages that should meet most every group's needs. Specialized packages can be arranged if dates are available.

Reservation Policy:
All reservations are held with a $300 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservations are being made less than 30 days before arrival date, full payment is required. Please have only one person responsible for paying deposits and balance. Payments can be made via personal check, PayPal, or cash. All checks should be made payable to Kay May. There will be a $50 fee for any returned checks.

Friday - Sunday
$500.00 minimum for 1 to 4 guests
$125.00 per additional person, up to 7 total guests

Add Thursday for an additional $25.00 per person
Add Wednesday for an additional $50.00 per person

Day Use Only
Day use only reservations can be scheduled as availability allows. Day use times are generally 8 AM to 10 PM on Tuesday, and 8 AM to 3 PM on Wednesday. If alternate days or extended hours are needed, please contact us in advance.

The cost is $25 per craft station with a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 7 guests.

Day use only reservations do not include use of any bedrooms. Overnight reservations can be made for Tuesday night for an additional $25 per person.
