All reservation dates are held with a $300 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

For reservations made less than 30 days out, full payment is required to hold date.

For group reservations, one person (Leader) is responsible for the deposit and balance.

Payments can be made via personal check, money order, or cash. All checks or money orders should be made payable to Kay May. There will be a $50 fee for any returned checks.

Your group may arrive any time after 11 AM and must leave by 5 PM on the last day of your retreat.

Katydid's policy is intended to be fair to all guests while striving to prevent losses. Once your deposit is received, those dates are made unavailable to other guests. If you find you cannot visit on the dates you reserved, Katydid's will gladly transfer your reservation to another date within 60 days of the original booking and apply your deposit to it.
